Our Innovation

Clean‑label protein isolates from plant leaves for feed, food and health.

What Makes Our Protein Unique?

Clean & Patented

We have developed a novel protein isolate from cereal and moringa leaves. The process is clean‑label and patentable, ensuring a transparent ingredient for downstream products.

Scalable Production

Our method is designed for industrial‑scale production with easy scalability. It enables high protein recovery with minimal fibrous contamination and a texture suitable for milling and blending.

Diversified Applications

The same protein isolate can be tailored for feed, food or health. This versatility allows us to enter multiple markets while leveraging a common production backbone.

Early‑Stage Quality

Our pilot runs demonstrate solid protein recovery with yields around 18 %. The isolate has minimal fibrous contamination, retains a light colour without burnt appearance and possesses a texture amenable to milling and blending. These characteristics make it behave like a true feed ingredient and provide a strong foundation for optimisation.

Positioning Among Proteins

Leaf protein occupies a unique middle ground in the protein landscape. While seed and legume proteins often compete with staple food crops, our non‑seed, non‑legume source does not. By design, it does not compete with staple crops and is aligned with climate, ESG and food security goals. Higher colour tolerance and flavour masking make it more suitable for feed applications for now, with digestibility taking priority over taste.

Why We're Different

Our approach starts with the end in mind: a dual feed–food ingredient. We do not compete with staple foods, our protein is protected by intellectual property filings and the entire platform is designed around sustainability and ESG alignment. This differentiation paves the way for rapid adoption in aquaculture and beyond.

Building an Ingredient Platform

Rather than selling a single product, we are creating an ingredient platform. By tailoring the protein base to different specifications, we integrate into multiple value chains. This model enhances resilience and opens the door to a range of feed, food and health applications.
